As a Citigold client, you can receive banking and lending services, including The Citigold Account Package, from Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”), Member FDIC and Equal Housing Lender NMLS# 412915, along with financial planning and investment products as a client of Citi Personal Wealth Management, a business of Citigroup Inc., that offers investment guidance, products, and services through Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (”CGMI”), member SIPC. Citigroup Life Agency LLC (“CLA”) offers insurance products. In California, CLA does business as Citigroup Life Insurance Agency, LLC (license number 0G56746). Wealth Relationship Managers are employees of Citibank and are employees and registered representatives of CGMI.   1. Customer must have an eligible checking, savings or money market account to send a Citibank Global Transfer. Transfer limits apply and are subject to change based upon the security measures we use to protect your accounts. First time transfers are subject to lower limits. Citibank Global Transfers are limited to select countries. If the transfer is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate includes a commission for the currency conversion. Please refer to your Client Manual-Consumer Accounts Agreements for additional information about this service.
  2. Other banks and ATM service providers may charge you a fee when you conduct a Citibank deposit account transaction using their ATMs. You will receive reimbursement from Citibank for ATM fees charged by other banks in any statement period where you are eligible for Citigold. This ATM reimbursement is only available in the Citigold Account Package and is limited to consumer accounts.
  3. Regular account charges apply. Citibank does not charge you a fee for using the Citi Mobile® App or the Mobile Check Deposit service. You must have Internet access through your mobile device and charges from your wireless carrier may apply. The Mobile Check Deposit service is for personal checking accounts only and is subject to eligibility. Deposit limits and other restrictions apply.
  4. Customer must have a checking, savings or money market account to send a Citibank Global Transfer. Transfer limits apply and are subject to change based upon the security measures we use to protect your accounts. First time transfers are subject to lower limits. The Citibank Global Transfer Service is available only in participating locations. Citibank Global Transfers initiated from a U.S. savings or money market account are included in the six preauthorized or automatic transfers permitted each statement period.
  5. For the protection of your account, Zelle should only be used to send money to friends, family or others you trust. Sending money through Zelle is similar to making a payment in cash. Neither Citibank nor Zelle offer a protection program for any authorized payments made with Zelle — for example, if you make a purchase using Zelle but you do not receive the item or the item is not as described or as you expected. Zelle and the Zelle related marks are wholly owned by Early Warning Services, LLC and are used herein under license. Zelle® Transfers through Citibank Online and the Citi Mobile® App are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions in the Citibank Zelle Transfer Terms and Conditions and the Citibank Client Manual-Consumer Accounts.
  6. Citibank will not charge you a foreign exchange fee for purchases or withdrawals when you use your Citibank banking card outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
  7. Ordering limits apply. The exchange rate for a purchase or redemption of foreign currency includes a commission to Citibank for the conversion service. Restrictions and delivery charges may apply.
